I've struggled in the past with depression, around 10 years ago, and am struggling again now, fuzzy headed and can't make sense of anything.

Are you taking medication or spoken to doctor?

I have some really supportive friends and the intention of seeing the Dr by the end of the week, as ever struggling to get an appointment.
