I don't seem to be exercising enough in regards to my Parkinson's disease.. if I continue this pattern of behavior what's going to happen to me I'm going to get worse sooner or what what is going to happen

You can do this - exercise the fun way with music you really like and enjoy it. Good diet always helps and there are brain food supplements - I hope that helps - but speak to your doctor before trying any new supplements and he/she should be able to advise you

Drinking coffee ( just on a morning ) is good for Parkinsons also moderate drinking alcohol will give you a dopamine boost eating beans lentils apples and oranges are great too

But you should try to go out for a walk
