Where to seek help

I have a therapist, but I only see them once a week and things got complicated, but i refuse to be admited again in the hospital. Also the meetings can’t be more often because it’s not a private psychiatric due to financial issues. The problem is that I’ve been having some bad symptoms and I really need a place to talk or someone to give me some advice. If you know where I can do that I’ll be extremely grateful to know.
