How do u heal yourself when u have past trauma that's affecting your everyday day and some of your relationships. I'm always feeling bad about myself and its so hard living g with it ever day . I'm a good decent honest person but I lack compassion for myself and I never forgive myself for making mistakes

I struggle with this as well. I bully myself for letting my life situation get to where it is now, even though much of it was out of my control, I still blame myself for everything. I have no advice to give but I can assure you that you're not the only one who does this.
