I first strayed with anxiety attacks in November 2022 after a spell of stress after my husband was poorly ….. bottled it all up then one day had a very bad anxiety attack didn’t know what was happening to me …. Since then it’s just spiraled dr out me on low dose AD 2mg helps with sleep & has stopped the heartburn I was having daily

But dr put me on setraline only took it 2 days & the heartburn was awful has anyone else had this from this drug the reviews online are awful scares me to take it …feel as if I’m taking 2 steps forward then back just keep crying 😭 I’ve also now got this annoying burping after food that dr also says is anxiety brain -gut thing and says when my anxiety is sorted thinks everything will calm down …I just feel so low & as if nothing is going right please help
