Is there someone you can rely on and take you places, parent, family, carer or friend - gradually increasing the times you are out. Carer can be provided by mental health team or doctor. The only way to beat this is doing something actively about it

Yeah I try make sure I’ve got a family member with me I also try going out for walks with my dog I’m ok with. It’s when I’m going to busy places or social things can’t even get to work just now as it’s far from home and I need to take a train. If just never experienced anything like this before and praying it gets better very soon as don’t want to lose my job.

Meditation, from youtube, 3 times per day, until yr confidence returns. Plus listening to peopke like Claire Weeks which is also on youtube. You cannot rely on just tablets. They are meant to help but you hv to do other things too.

Try Mindfulness, Relaxation Technique, you can purchase books on Amazon for £7;00
