prepping for therapy

I have been struggling with relaxing enough to focus on my therapy. I wanted to add some scents and tea before a session. I am not a fan of chamomile and lavender. Vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon are preferred. What other things can I try?

I find walking 10-15 minutes to the appointment (provided the weather is good) clears the head. If you drive or catch public transport, leave the car further away or get off 1-2 stops earlier.

I would if I could do that. It is winter and I have a broken foot. Thank you, though.
