How to feel again and care about life? Any discussion groups?

How do I help my daughter to stop just feeling numb and not caring or being bothered with anything? She doesn't want to do anything, washing clothes, change bed, tidy room etc. Had depression for about 10 years, better than before as was very severe with several suicide attempts and self harm but still generally unhappy, unfulfilled and lacking in caring about life that much. Don't want her to go downhill again as it is so hard to get up again. Changing medication again to see if helps. Can't really find any groups that meet locally for people with similar feelings. Feel something online or a group meeting would help. Has anyone else had similar problems?
