Advice for lost love

I don't know where to start, I know I made too many mistakes and lost a friendship and even a chance to be with someone that felt like they had always been a part of my journey and I theirs. I don't really understand it, never felt so connected with someone and it's confusing we haven't even spoke for months and I feel like my heart is missing. I did some research cause I've never felt this way about someone before and found out about twin flames, how do I know if I've lost my twin flame? What do I do to show how much this person meant, how I still feel and how connected I feel to this person? From what I read it seems like I was the unawkened twin and woke up too late. How do I stop feeling so broken?? Or let them know that I'm trying and hope to be part of her life again someday?

You need to understand now whatever the reason you will possibly need to move on and find someone new, A twin flame sometimes we do miss the boat.

When we are young we all seem to overreact when it comes down to this all bells and whistles person we want to spend our life with We start a relationship that is brand new and feelings can be over the top so you will overreact to that relationship, it breaks you feel I will never love again. Of course you will and eventually you will find that person with all those positive signs you are looking for. In my case I met my future WIFE in my mid twenties, we never stopped talking to eachother after forty years we still chatter away together and we have all the same interests.

That person WILL BE your TWIN FLAME, it can take a while although there is someone out there who is just waiting for YOU.

Never cry over the spilt milk eventually you will find that bottle of cream !!!
