I know there are so many but wondered what everyone’s favourite words of wisdom/encouragement quotes are.

Here are a few of mine.

•Hold On Pain Ends. (H.O.P.E)

•Never Give Up.

•Fall down 7 times, stand up 8.

Let’s see how many we can come up with.

I have always like " Fall down 7 times, stand up 8".My other one I use is " look dumb and keep running".

The fall down 7 stand up 8 is a good one. Dislike the term ‘dumb’ though.
