Iv been doing DBT therapy and what we have been working on is letting my emotions out. Allowing myself to cry and not holding things in. Atm my mental health is server. The more I hold things in the worse things get. I know that, but by opening up hurts my mum. In her words she said " I love you, but right now your hurting me". I'm not sure what to do. Faking being ok is tiring and exhausting.

Have you tried MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique, you can purchase books on Amazon that explains the technique to you ?
