Anxiety with dizziness and feeling faint

Started with few panic attacks years ago. Working out was a trigger for me and progressively gotten worst as I would have faint feelings. CBT helped and then I relapsed. Had few strong panic attacks back to back a few months ago and eventually got to be dizzy and feel faint 24/7. Everything is a challenge. Decided to start lexapro……on day 10 and struggling. Anyone with a similar issue and how are you doing now? I need some positive stories to keep hanging on

Thinking of your best thoughts and best holidays or dreaming of such should help you relax a little bit and with deep breathing for a while but not forced breathing . Or you could try mindful meditation youtube just google just 5 or 10 minutes or you can do longer. These techniques could possibly help you

Keep going with the medication, it takes time (4-6 weeks) to get going. One thing my councillor told me was you cannot faint having an anxiety attack, that made a huge difference to my dizziness/faint feelings.Took me ten years to seek help, I tried everything, exercise, CBT, hypnosis etc. Finally was the right tablets at the right dose. Don’t give up we are all different so the treatment is not one size fits all, it’s about finding what works for you
