Does anyone have bladder problems

Hi everyone,

I hope that everyone is well and keeping safe,

I was just woundering if anyone has bladder problems and leaks urine at night in bed. And has to put a pad in because they leak urine at night. And they are just laying there and they leak urine all of a sudden. I am just wondering really as I have the same problem and I leak urine at night when I am in bed and I have to put a few pads in to help me. As I really leak urine when I am a sleep but it can also happen when I am awake. Also just woundering does anyone leak urine while they are walking.

It would be good to decuss with others to see what they experience with it.

Let me know if anyone wants to chat

Yes it is common and it does get worse as we get older. Ladies seem to have problems earlier than men.

Talk to your GP there are medications your GP can prescribe. They take time to work, you are using pads etc. You can use various exercises to tighten the Pelvic flour that shoul also help the bladder
