Hello, how are you all tonight and how is everyone's mental health doing. Would anyone like to chat about anxiety and worries as I have them. It's not a nice feeling to have everyday 24/7. I am on medication for my anxiety it helps but I still have bad days with it when I sometimes find it hard to breath and when I get myself very worked up and upset that's when I can't breath and my anxiety gets too much and sometimes feel I can't breath.
But it would be good to have a chat with anyone who would like to about what they are finding hard.
