Need advice as my husbands behaviour is affecting me.

Hi, I suffer with Clinical depression and anxiety.

My husband lost his job but started a new one 6 months ago in something that is not him and really not what he wants to do but it pays the mortgage ++. It is a huge workload too.

For over 3 months his stress level increased greatly and last week he had a session where he was VERY angry and started hitting himself and banged the wall.

He distressed me hugely, but it didn’t frighten me. We love each other very much and he has looked after me and has taken a lot on at home.

Any advice to help me?

You need to arrange your Husband to visit the Doctor, Hitting himself or banging his head against walls etc are related to His Mental Health Concerns so it is important He is seen.

If possible go with Him, make a list of those disruptions in His Life and He actions regards SELF HARM.

Let me know how you get on
