I just don’t know if what I remember or heard is something I’ve done or dreamt. I’ll remember things but then don’t know if it was real or not. It gets very confusing and people look at me as if I have two heads at times.

Anyone else confused with reality.
I lost a lot of time where I had no memories, or at least cannot remember what happened prior to a serious breakdown. I ended up in a Medically induced Coma and had a lot of operations during the year after/during my breakdown. So I do understand some of what you are going through. I get bits and pieces of what could be memories or dreams, they may even be something I have read or seen on TV! I just don't know. I have been told that there's a reason why I don't remember, Trauma? Or fear? Could be anything. Your mind tries to protect you so let things come to you and if in your dream/ memory you recognise someone? If you trust them take them to one side and say you can't remember if this is true or you may have dreamt it, just be careful if the subject could cause either of you embarrassment? Don't ask! I have PTSD and many of my flashbacks/Memories are painful or embarrassing. Hopefully you will have a better idea after a while if the memories/Dream's are real or not,( at least that's what I have been told)Good luck take things slowly. All the best Derek
I can have problems when I go to bed, next morning I awake and forget what I had done the day before. Every day in my case feels like a Saturday so now my Wife asks me what day it is, if it is a Saturday she mentions it to me, so I become more alighned to the day. As soon as I wake up I say the day I feel it is and generally I am correct, so Saturday and Sunday become special days even though Every day now is the same, when retired
