Yes so now is the perfect time to start making changes to improve.. I understand what you say.. I too was consumed by it.. I am mindful now to what I let infiltrate my mind..

I started by compiling a gratitude list daily.. I bought a writing book and in it I recorded 3 things per day I was grateful for.. As time went on my 3 things daily became 6 and eventually over time my grateful list increased somewhat..

I also made a Time to Worry schedule for 30 minutes each day.. If the worry creeped in I put them aside in my mind telling myself I have a scheduled time to worry.. I made it my goal to worry only for the scheduled 30 minutes each day..

As for self belief I started with some mirror work.. I did mirror work also for self love ❀️

Each day I looked into the mirror when I awoken after sleep and went to the bathroom and as I looked in the mirror this is what I said..

I look beautiful today.. This day is going to be awesome because I have opened my eyes and I am alive.. I may not be able to achieve everything I want today but what I do achieve will be a bonus and I will be proud of myself.. I believe in myself and will endeavour to do my very best in all my undertakings..

Absolutely brilliant satsuma. I was actually talking to someone who I work with yesterday about this as her husband is struggling very badly right now. I explained how you can train your mind by using affirmations every day as part of the process. Thankyou for sharing your knowledge πŸ™ŒπŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»
