I have to do care plan for mental health online course. Does anyone know on internet and that can edit and use myself

I have not tried anything like that, things move on I suppose. I suppose it does help because of the Covid virus and problems meeting patients

I was just thinking above, I am in the UK and when we are referred to a Therapist in the first instance at this time they wrote me a letter explaining they would telephone me on a certain date, time, they would then do an assessment over the telephone, they would then talk to me working out what treatment would be needed and if I would benefit from an eye to eye appointment. If yes they would arrange an appointment in their office also if no they would decide to phone your Doctor and explain out what was decided.

You will then get a copy of the Therapist letter explaining their decision.

Is a care plan not tailored to the specific needs of a particular patient? Surely it shouldn’t be a generic thing?

This should be introduced to all workplaces. My workplace has a generic return to work care plan that covers the whole school. Students get more specific care and behaviour support plans but they should have specific ones for staff seeing the nature of our job.
