I really sympathise with you. There are times when that feeling overwhelms me too. I'm here if you need to chat
At this time everyone is going through similar concerns, we all need to learn to live for the day, if you wish to chat there are many here including me who will listen

What u are mentioning here happens 2 most of us. U won't believe that what u are talking about happens every now and then. Even when there is nothing wrong happening. So just take it day by day, that is the only way u can make it. The pandemic is not helping, it even worse to us depression survivors... We are here to listen when u want to chat
I'm the same, can't even smile. So sick of feeling like this.
