i dont think i can do this
Covid and not being able to travel freely and not visiting someone, will do that to you. But you can listen to inspiring music on YouTube or search any subject like motivational quotes or videos and on Pinterest (just google) find something interesting or nature programmes on tv
There can be many reasons that could make you like this. You mention that you were in a Mental Health Ward two months ago, however you do not explain how long were you placed on the Ward for, also what the reasons where that you spent time there.
How can we help you ??
The last nine months have been really problematic and worrying to many people, was that your reason or something or someone cause problems for you ?

Yo if you need new friends, so do I. And I'm sure a lot of people on here do as well. Maybe talking to someone new will switch things up a little. You can also do small things, such as rearranging your room and/or posters, I did that a while ago and it helped for a while. It may not be a permanent solution, but it helps for that short while. Another good thing to do is buy something nice for yourself! If you buy stuff all the time, this may not be a good idea. However, if you are financially stable enough, buy something that you have wanted for a while. I am going to be doing that soon when I save up enough money. (I'm getting a book called, “Making Stuff and Doing Things.” It is about all different crafts and hobbies you can do.)
