WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS ?

It's a quote from Anne Franke '' I can shake off

everything as I write ;

my sorrows disappear , my

courage is reborn."

Would that we all had that kind of courage. Pam, who isn't what she would like to be.

I think writing words can excercise your demons and release feelings caught up inside us!! It's a bit like talking to a councillor!!! It works for a lot of people. I've read lots of your posts and you have an abundance of courage!! It's just we often can't see that in ourselves.

Oh wow, that sounds wonderful. I want to be courageous, but I feel like a mouse. I have to work at overcoming my fears every day. If I didn't I would go right back to being anxious and panic stricken. Pam , who fakes it till she makes it.

I'm sorry you feel like that because you'd never guess you felt that way. You do a great job of dealing with it then because you come across as a strong lady. In fact if you were from the uk I'd say you were northern!! Because northern people have a reputation for saying it as it is !! I'm northern and have been accused of that many times!!! Although I'd never purposely hurt anyone I believe in being honest if someone asks!! Anyway Pam I think I'm rambling!! Il shut up now. Take care.

Being courageous is doing something you fear to do, it isn't an absence of fear. Everyday I try to do something I am afraid of sometimes it is the same thing done many times until There is no fear there anymore. Driving in the city was a challenge as well as parking at meters. Now I am quite good at it and driving on the expressway is no challenge anymore . I've learned to face my fears to keep them at bay.Some of my fears are silly to others , but not to me. I am afraid of the dark and have been since my Father died. I use a small night light, I don't even try with this one. I was born and raised in a farming community where you learn not to ask the question if you don't want the answer. Was Margaret Beaufort from the north ? I've been reading British history. I do jump around a lot. Pam
