after doing 2 years of counselling i’ve recently began managing my mental health a lot better, however recently i’ve been having more thoughts of relapse and by unhealthy coping mechanisms, i don’t have the time or funds for counselling anymore, is there any other programs/medicines that might help me manage?

Guided meditation youtube just google or mindful meditation- just 10 minutes or more might help to calm you and relax Also meditation has been known to improve concentration.
If you are suffering from a mental health problem that has returned you need to at lease discuss this with your family Doctor or Specialist. We cannot suggest medications because everyone is different and treatment is very much down to what specialists are trying to achieve.
Have you tried Mindfulness Relaxation Technique on slow deep breathing to slow down your Anxiety Depression
The other thing you could try is take each problem and parcel each one up, Now break up each concern in small bites then work on each bite, problem in isolation and sort out that bite and so on until you have addressed that full problem, if you get stuck move onto the next problem, small bite and follow on in the same way you can then move back to original problem and work on the prior bite when you feel you can sort it. This way you will address each of your concerns and gain confidence and hopefully feel better.
Talking out your problems with someone you can trust will help you address any negativity you will have remember people may judge you and that can be something you need to consider as you move forward.
If you have hobbies and Diversions you enjoy they are a wonderful activities that can move you on into a better place
