Hello, I hear you! It’s been difficult, hasn’t it? Nights are bad for me. I’ve been trying to get outside to walk my dog during the day. I put a lot of nights on in the house at night and light a lot of candles. It helps a little. At least a vaccine is on the horizon. Thank goodness. I hope you are doing ok.
Yea am ok are u afraid at home on your own at night it’s just horrible.it’s great there is a vaccine coming I just worry if it’s safe but hi I worry all the time ,you said you try and walk your dog during the day it’s good to have something to focus on .I have papillons I used to show them at crufts but like me their old now and just retired to lie by the fire .am here for a chat if your bored at night x
No, I’m not usually afraid alone at night. I find my house a sanctuary. Plus, I have my Chocolate Lab by my side. Papillons are beautiful!!
Hi 4020,I understand totally. Always feel more down & lonely as night approaches. Slowly the dread seeps in, I try to remind myself I'm an adult woman (being 45) & there's no logical reason to feel the dread that always arises.
Plus I don't sleep well which effects my cognitive thinking so I feel pretty useless to make decisions the next day. Added that the feeling of faintness & being nauseated from lack of sleep.
I envy people who sleep....like 8 hours. Geez it must feel great
Yes I understand how you feel, we are level three and to be honest I am lucky with my Wife and Pax the Dog.Yes many people are going through a bad time, that does not make it any less regards how you feel.
Consider Hobbies and Diversions to increase your negative mood, I personally last year would not understand the situation we find ourselves in
You have your Broadband, try You Tube it has many things you can watch or try also there is an extensive library of Music etc etc. That really helps me lift my mood. One thing you could try is look up where you have been on holiday and watch travelogues etc The choice of programming is endless
