I am very anxious about tomorrow, about work and how the week will go.
I have a mountain of work to do mainly because I procrastinated a lot this week. Instead of completing tasks I end up doing meaningless things and wasting my time. I know this week will be stressful and it’s all my fault.
How can I come out of this constant procrastination? Why I always end up in this situation?
Now I am unable to sleep and worrying endlessly.
