I’m 33 and have been diagnosed with endometriosis but also suffer with PD, just been made redundant so feeling really sad but other days feel ok.

I keep in contact with my GP but don’t like to keep bothering her, I talk to my mum and dad and my partner but I’m scared for the next few months especially with another lockdown soon

Hi. I also suffer from EUPD / BPD. Have you ever done a STEPPS course?

I found it very helpful, although at the moment with Covid it won't be classroom based, but you may find it online. It teaches you the what, why, and how to with regards to living with and coping with EUPD. Maybe something to ask your GP about next time you speak with her.

Don't bottle anything up. There is something therapeutic about having a good rant on here and everyone is such a good listener.

Don't give up on your journey, just choose another path if the one you are on is blocked xxx
