There is always the sun

It’s been a while since I last posted here! Once again I wanted to thank you all for your support. Even just reading your posts just brightens me.

What’s new? Not much, it’s been a year since I decided to shed some weight and nothing, not even one. To be honest I didn’t really tired hard.

No major problems with my mental health, but as usual some slight ups and downs, mostly downs.

I keep talking my medications, I keep meditating I even cycle to work every day, and yet right now I feel a huge wave of sadness. Like summer sadness some kind. Today I went by the river and I sat there for over 2 hours, I helped me to recompose and calm down. I could bring my senses back together. Nature helps.

Wish you a good night and good luck! We will get through this!

Glad you are feeling a little better, I suppose it has been a questionable year so far.

It would be wonderful if I had been able to get away on holiday this year the change would be as good as a rest, Sad to say the chances of getting away before New Year, the chances NIL. All we can do is go out for a walk and go places where we can imagine white sand beaches with wonderful blue waters and sky.

Sometimes trying to imagine things you love can act as a diversion that will prevent our moods hitting rock bottom
