Sinuses, allergies or migraines?
fatigue and cloudy head are symptoms of migraine - and can start in the period preceding a migraine and continue in the period post a migraine.
However, you might want to speak to your GP and get some tests done on vitamin levels etc as your symptoms could be covered by a range of conditions.

I have sinus and allergy issues . I have been taking cetirizine to help combat it. If I do come down with the headache there is one otc that I use that works for me. Equate severe allergy medicine. But this year has been different. Seem to have an almost everyday sinus issues. I can be good for a day then next 3 or 4 days combating it. Never had anything like this before. Usually comes and goes once a month. Keep updated if you go to doctor what they say for yours. I can't get anything out of my doc.
Omg I have a bad dust allergy and I'm allergic to tree pollen and cats. Antihistamines help massively but I dont like taking them all the time so I tend to take them in spring and when I know I'll be dusting or around kitties.
If I use the nasal spray I get terror mares and wake up screaming!
To answer your question oh yes I get that foggy confused feeling and jaw pain. I get the jaw pain from escitalopram as well which is why I'm trying to stop taking it.
The citirizine really helps with the allergy related brain fog but again I think they are not great long term.
Sorry rambling, woke up at 3 am , can't sleep .
