So, I'll just skip the introduction crap, I just got "diagnosed" with bipolar 2, on top of autism, whilst also having sever arthritic problems, (which I need to take injections for twice a week) and I'm 19. This shit sucks man, wouldn't mind hearing from people who've had similar issues about how they cope with having multiple disabilities, cheers.

Hi Diavolo
I’m not sure how this will rate in your “Cheesy” score rating but here goes! 😅
A new diagnosis, of any health condition can come as a bit of a shock at first so take time to adjust and embrace, yes. embrace this as a unique part Of being You!

Well ur not alone with multiple med issues at a young age.
Im a med disaster n all my stuff started at young age as well.
Yeah it all sucks..big time BUT its what ya do with it all n if u let it eat u alive.
For me..im not letting all my med crap take me down.
U gotta find ways to cope with hand u have been dealt..especially if u cant change it.
If its music, morbid outrageous sense of humor,a pet or etc..do what gets u through ur day...ur life..ur body.
Ive learned to just be me,whether others like me or not..they dont live in my body n deal 24/7 with my med crap.
U can do this..we r all here to help
Mines not cheesy..just brutal truth on living with multiple med issues in a crazy world.
I have mental Health and Chronic Disabilities. One thing you need to understand you need to understand the need to come to an understanding of your condition and develop a change of attitude and learn people and Medical staff will be there to help you
A chip on your shoulder does not help and no-one can help you with that only yourself

Hiya I also have autism. Personality disorder, agoraphobia. Anxiety, depression, panic disorder. Kidney and bowel disease . So I completely understand where you are coming from. I think above everything it is the autism that affects me the most , I'm 50 and I only got diagnosed 2 years ago which really annoyed me as I have struggled so much throughout the years . I try not to think about all the problems I have and just try and concentrate on today . If I start thinking about it all it makes me ill. I sometimes write down what the current problem is and try to find some soothing words to write to myself which help . Try not to think of everything as a whole as its overwhelming . How do you get on every day with the autism symptoms
