You've had a rough time. I'm finding the escitalopram 10 mg is working and can cope with side effects. If you were coping on this before it will probably settle down. Maybe your anxiety is making it worse. Try to keep gently busy, see a friend or talk on the phone, have a little walk and set yourself tiny targets. Be kind to yourself though as it all takes time but we will get through and be stronger and know more about ourselves. Xx

If it's any comfort my stomach and going to the loo loads is only now calming down after so long and I've been taking loperamide for it. Somehow it seems that the body needs a long time to adjust and settle. Fingers crossed it will ease soon for you xx

Thanks I had the idea that I could take mine at night and then I would be asleep while the medication is working and then awake when it’s less concentrated what about that
