It’s been a long time since I posted here.. I’m basically going through the process of being put through the mental health system, they think it’s bpd or bipolar.. I’m new to this so I just wondered if anyone had any wise words or advice for me?

Talk it out thoroughly, write down question and trust the professionals, your doctor to give you solutions or feedback into your condition
