its very common to have the crash after the highs finding a balance in between is key in preventing this happening regular.

say your going out with friends for example and its your first time in ages. that feeling you can get is obviously high and then say the next day your on a downer the key is planning events like that knowing how it can make you feel it can become easier to deal with.

Hi, yes I do and the crashes are really bad. It's like I'm in a void and I just don't know what to do about it, it scares me. Luckily I have a good CPN and I have to increase my Citalopram. I tend to recover slowly over about 2 months. I also lose my appetite and sleep too much with vivid dreams. x
