I'm scared ove lost touch with my soul, What if I lose it completely?

Hello Lindsey

Try not to worry as long as you live your life and consider your actions and how you live your life in a positive loving way your Soul will remain pure a brilliant.

It is hard to follow the right pathway and be kind and understanding you will complete your time on earth without any darkness on your Soul.

I am getting old now and sometimes I wonder if I have done enough in this lifetime, we are all Sinners and in our faith we will gain clarity when we pass over to the next realm

Stop worrying and live your life as best as you can.

I am a firm believer that we are put on this world to learn and form different tasks before we are judged. If we have failed in some serious way we are put back upon this dimension to retake the lesson we have failed at, eventually when we learn the lesson we move onto our next higher lifetime.

When I’m depressed like now I feel I’m a bad person too, like my mistakes are amplified and it’s easier to mess up in life I feel when we are suffering but we must forgive and try harder while we hold onto the love, the light, each other.

Lindsey we all have dark thoughts sometimes we would not be human if we had them. Your darkness in your thoughts will not hurt you, only actions can cause your concerns in a negative way

Your thoughts are just that thoughts fact.dosent mean they are true if you try and alter your thought patterns with self help and c.b.t you will learn that's all they are thoughts.we all have dark thoughts I've killed just about everyone I know but they are just thoughts.how we perceive our thoughts is what helps us navigate through.if I have a bad thought I acknowledge that it's there look at it then let it pass like a cloud in the sky passed buy accept it's just a thought.

Yes bad thoughts dark and light but that is all they are is thoughts.you acknowledge they are they then let them pass.rational thinking.when you think they are going to happen or scared these are irrational thoughts.try some phone apps do some research and help yourself and arm yourself with knowledge and how to maintain your self to change your negative outlook and thoughts.we are programmed to see the world through filters negative/positive but our brain will always default to negative.good luck.

Plenty of self help books out there everyone different.some good books Susan jeffers .feel the fear and do it anyway.book called f##k it v good read.all depends on where you are on your journey are you taking meds?? Drinking to numb the pain.usually there is a trigger or a reason how you got to the stage you are at.i had full breakdown 5 years ago mine was stress through family and work also been a dad at 40 quite a few things also and my brain just said enough.didnt sleep for 2 weeks at all I had fog in my brain I couldn't think for myself.it was v dark for a while about 2/3 months but with determination friends family meds cbt exercise diet I'm in a lot better place not cured but I maintain my mental health through all the learning but some says are v hard but you tell yourself it will get better your on your journey also and have to find your way.there are lots of apps easy meditation to ground you when your mind starts racing.be kind to yourself love yourself.good luck if you need any more advice just ask.
