Is it possible for someone with ocd to divert it to a person?

My husband has had ocd for 6 years. Initially it was about him feeling like his head was bleeding, he was obsessed that something was wrong inside his brain. We saw many doctors to investigate it but none could find anything. The ocd then turned chemicals. In particular cleaning products, washing hands, not being able to use cutlery when out in a restaurant. I fell pregnant and it was then aimed at me and harming the baby and that the chemicals would harm the baby. He got help and things calmed down but started again when I fell pregnant again. This time he thought he was going to crash his car and hurt someone. No one was allowed to make a noise in the car and he would often circle routes just to make sure he hadn’t hit anyone. After the baby came it escalated again and he got help again. His medicine was increased to 150mg of setraline. He doesn’t see it but I stuck by him through all of this. Fast forward to now. When covid started he thought he had it and decided to up and leave me and my two kids and go to his mum and dads. Unfortunately his parents wouldn’t have him and so he came back and now I feel like all his anger is directed at me. I’ve been working hard schooling my kids and working while looking after the house. He just seems to get stressed out and angry at me all the time. He’s blaming me for how he is and is saying that I have ruined his life. His recent attack was that I am mentally abusing him. Not letting him spend money, not letting him speak to his family not letting him go anywhere. He keeps making indirect digs at me. Is it possible that he is directing his ocd to me?

I think it would be worth you calling your local mental health line to ask for help, and say I don't know what to do. There are other people you can ask support from to, like in the UK the NSPCC would be able to give you pointers.
