I have suffered with anxiety and depression for quite a while now. I took antidepressants after having a panic attack last summer, but have had to come off the medication as it didn’t agree with me. Slowly getting back to having a clearer head but feel bouts of anxiety and depression coming back. Hope you are all doing the best that you can during this difficult time

Do you feel the need to discuss your Depression and Anxiety with your GP so you can move on. Do you feel you can control how you are feeling with what was learned when ill
