Distract ur brain is what Im doing for my long list of med issues.

For me..One thing i do is,i listen to techno music to distract my brain.I like techno music, dont love it but thats why i use it to distract my brain.Djs from Mars have song mixes that keep ur brain busy n thinking while listening to different artists music mixed together in uncommon matchups.

I found doing or using my usual stuff doesnt distract my brain n im left dealing with horrific pain, anxiety or etc still.

Im also trying weird food combos to distract my brain n think elsewhere like..damn that food combo is freakin horrible, lets try this, lol

Tricking ur brain,works for me.

Hope this helps.

you can still get out maybe not for a drive but for a good walk.you can still cook nice meals and eat them out in the garden if you have one.have you got neighbours that are elderly or even single parents you could offer to get them essential items or even take their dogs for a walk.

I wish I could do these stuff :( But my mom is staying with me, she is 63 years old; really I wanna do some volunteering jobs to help others but I am very afraid to risk my mom.

our local council are providing volunteers the opportunity to phone vulnerable people for a friendly chat and to ask if they need essential items maybe you could enquire about that.

Keep yourself busy, hobbies, Diversions or Activities that will lighten your mood.

personally I am quite happy doing the things I would need to do, The virus is allowing me not to be distracted and I get jobs down that need to be done anyway.

Listening to music, gardening, art or hobbies will distract you and the day would go faster

Do you feel your flushes are part of your Anxiety.

You are on these sites, I find this also helps my Mood, If you are considering doing some Voluntary Work you could try one of these helping organisations where you can delivery medications and groceries.
