Daughter's health and Covid

I don't usually access feelings of panic, but I have to face the fact that underneath I'm pretty freaked out. 9-year-old daughter had some seizures and lost the ability to read. To keep from getting to dark about that I turn to Twitter and that's ALL dark too. Been getting only 5 or 6 hours' sleep, which is bad for my bipolar disorder. I'm expecting to start having mood swings if my medicine lets me down. Considering taking a benadryl at night to sleep, but that runs the risk of becoming depressed the next day. Maybe I'll get out and run today, try to make myself more tired. The last thing my self-quarantined family needs is for me to start getting frisky.

I'm not religious, but I am starting to wonder about the End Times! They would look like this, for me.

Stay strong and take vitamins and minerals

We have had to lock the doors, and take us out of circulation because of my immune system and age, so last day in Society was yesterday, even though we are set in our own grounds and not attached to others property. If you are young and your daughter is also in childhood you may be ok, not in at risk

However we all need to do what is right for those around us

Follow the suggestions on the news keep your hands clean and maintain your nails, clean etc. We had appointments Wednesday, Thursday and Pax had his stitches cut back on Friday. So we are in Voluntary lockup .

Sounds like you have things in hand. That's how I am -- emergencies usually get me energized, activated to take all the precautions I can against the worst case. But after a while, if the situation hasn't passed, I get depressed. My daughter let me know this morning that I was depressed yesterday.

Consider other peoples needs around you and you need to understand others needs without getting bogged down with your depression. You will gain confidence and move on

When your Daughter knows when you are depressed She knows you well and can in some ways understand Her Fathers needs. She must be very precious to you, Your Empath.
