I have struggled with Anxiety and Depression for as long as I can remember. One day I decided enough was enough. I needed to begin to heal from all my traumas and really put my coping skills to good use. I didnt want to hurt anymore. I didnt want to be angry anymore. I didnt want to be scared anymore. I didnt want to hate myself anymore. I was done being happy temporarily just to find internal suffering again. Healing journeys are what we make of our mental health. We can seek support and work the tools we learn. I want to compile quotes and share my self love journey.

If you have an instagram you can find my self love club at @lifejourneybyMC
