I’m working in retail got busier but I like that x u just feel like want run away !! Can’t stop crying loads and feeling low grrr

You mention you work in Retail, A Shop, at this time of year I would imagine you are very busy, Christmas shopping takes no prisoners at this time, you are very busy. Possible that is making you Anxious. However if this is not the case you need to consider if it is just a condition you have, given that you need to take stock of your life and consider why you are feeling the way you are.

If you have no idea what is going on tal to your GP, make a list to explain how you feel, this will help you not forget anything. There are treatment that may help, although it is up to you to try and help yourself, your GP may suggest ways or tools to help

Hello Crazy Girl

Yes I understand the problem regards AD medications although sometimes when we are ill we may need to consider both good and bad the taking of medications especially if you want to recover and move on

This time of year is so dark our bodies may feel sad because of lack of Sunlight. Have you tried SAD Sunlamp that mimics the power of the sun. That may make you feel more positive especially if you are inside all day. You could also try a D3 medication you can purchase in chemists like Boots or similar. This may lift you up and help you as you are in the shop.

Talk to your GP and explain, how you feel, you will not be alone, and your GP may suggest other things than AD Drugs. You need your edge on life at Christmas low mood is no mood to be in when celebrating Christmas and New Year

I also worked in retail years ago. It is a very busy, stressful time! If it takes a toll on your mental health maybe by next year you can find something new for work. Just remember by christmas/new years it will start to slow down!

When you have your down time try to relax and do things that bring you joy. Sit down with some tea or coffee and read a book or spend time with loved ones. (Just 2 examples)

I personally learned over time that retail and customer service jobs werent for me. And thats okay. We all deserve to be happy. Best of luck. Were all here for you. 💕

Yes... that is exactly how I feel. Except its my family members... mostly my in laws. Its constant drama that really triggers my anxiety. I have ptsd so when my anxiety flares up its so hard to not feel defeated.

Everyday is different & anxiety is the worst. Ive been counting my blessings each day and avoiding those who make me feel uncomfortable. Setting up boundries with people have been a key step in my healing journey. Ofcourse at work you dont get much of an escape from co workers. But you have the power to not let the frusteration break you. 💪 you got this!
