Cutting AD's in half.

I need advice.Can you cut AD's in half.Being perscribed several different ones i am petrified of taking them.I feel suicidal every day and have a plan in place to end my life.I feel so alone x

You should discuss that with your md. Keep them posted on what you are doing.

You need medical attention ASAP if you are suicidal. Please call for help.

Several different antidepressants? You mean historically so you have past experience with a few different ones?

Yes you could probably cut them in half. Some of them are designed to break in half.

I assume you are thinking of doing this to lower the risk of unpleasant side effects, or lower the risk of initial side effects. Going up slowly in dose is not necessarily a bad thing to try.
