Do you have kids, then it could be harder to let go - although I found it better that he did not interfere with our lives - my son is autistic non verbal and he had never contacted.

Hello again Shenka,

We are all so sorry you are feeling like this, it has been a difficult time for you - tell us about it, has anything new happened to make you feel so down again?

I can empathise with you - I looked at it this way - One day at a time, ok my day is not good today but my feelings will be better tomorrow, I can get through this.

You have to get used to the gap in your life, however do not look at it as a trail, consider it a chance to move on. Have you children ?. If so look for diversions you can do with them say at the weekends,
