I have social anxiety ,and my family just tells me "Get over it." ,or "People don't bite.". It just so annoying when I have to explain to them.

There r just some people "who just don't get it".. because THEY don't have the struggles with it. All u can do is take care of yourself and hopefully one day they will open there hearts and minds.
