Hiya. I’ve been feeling restless today too...I did go out in the rain and had a long walk...I’m feeling a bit better now ..

It’s a horrible feeling. I find certain emotions can make me restless...I was all excited and worked up last night watching an exciting game of football and t kicked off the restlessness today 😩

A walk in the rain did help
