Low Self-Esteem

For many reasons I'm having low self-esteem, I tried to get better, I did but not as much as I thought

during my internship, someone who I worked with told me that I'm good but I need to have a better self-esteem, talk louder and defend my opinion or my strategy I'm working with.

he's right

So how can I be more confident?

Hi ang95,

Maybe it would be worth having a course of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) or similar, which is a form of talking therapy, that looks at the interplay between unhelpful thought processes and reactive behaviour patterns, and helps to redress them. Take a look at these reliable websites for more information.

Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.

Best wishes,
