Maybe a conditioned response. Like, a worry causes anxiety that's felt in your stomach, you get nauseous, vomit, panic attack. So next time you get that anxious feeling, it triggers nausea which triggers the panic.

When you first get that feeling, maybe doing something else, distraction, go for walk or other activity, will prevent it from getting worse.

But heaving could be a physical condition, what's your doc say? Maybe you've seen a doc and still have this problem, it's still would be good to pursue this with a doc.

It might be physical or mental - best to see a doctor and have regular check up
