Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here. I was looking for a support group and stumbled upon this page. I'm not feeling okay at the moment. I was scrolling on my contacts a while ago and couldn't find anyone I'll be comfortable to talk to regarding what I'm feeling. I feel so stressed and depressed at the same time. I don't think my regular friends or anyone I know could understand what I'm going through. I'm unhappy with my life. I'm breathing but barely living.

hey you got us to give support.do you talk it over with a therapist its the best way to get out all those negative feelings.friends are hard to tell well mine are as well to the point I don't open up anymore.
