Hello I suffer really badly from nausea with my anxiety especially when I am at work it has caused me to leave work early on some days just to make myself feel better.
Does anyone else suffer from this and is there any way of keeping it at bay just so that I can get through the working day?.

Yes I get the same thing plus dizziness , I find having snacks is good and trying to focus on something else maybe some good music , I know it’s easy to give in
When I eat something whilst at work it makes it 10x worse sadly, but I do try and listen to music which does relax me but sometimes it just won’t do the job, my doctor put me on amitriptylin that kept my anxiety at bay but it’s just the nausea and keep wanting to run to the toilet every 5 mins.
Hello Charlie, you have done really well in the last few months. Have you been able to pin point anything at work that has made you more anxious thus causing the nausea and possible toilet visit? There maybe something that particularly bothers you, like having to rush to get something done, or someone (a boss) watching you do a particular task. You don't say what your work is so its difficult to give an example, but there is such a thing called 'flight or fight' it is when you become anxious over a task or receive a fright and the adrenalin kicks in causing the gut to go into over drive which in turn makes you want to dash to the loo. Is there a sympathetic manager or boss or HR dept. that you could talk to
and explain?
Its just a suggestion, you have overcome so much already, so well done.
Maybe there are some members who have experienced this and can give you some tips?
Try bonine motion sickness medicine. A lot of people say it helps with nausea when they are weaning off anti anxiety meds. So it might help your anxiety nausea!
