Talk to your GP if it serious, they will have professional someone to talk to you. Also use this site to talk to anyone about anything. But sometimes you need medication.

Your GP needs to be seen, the Surgery will arrange help if needed, personally do not look towards medications, the GP will address that for you. Medications have a role in settling your mood. However it will be you with several shoves into the right direction who will eventually help yourself and move on in a more inclusive Life direction.
