Hi nice to meet you and welcome to the site. You don't say very much so it's hard to know what to say. I will say though do you think you suffer from depression and are you getting any help either medical or otherwise?
Lacking motivation is very common in depression and I also find it very hard to get moving and going. x
Thanks for replying. I have not been diagnosed with depression but I think I’m depressed and I haven’t looked for professional help yet.
Yes it can be a hard decision to make can't it as somehow it makes it official and with a label. Maybe try the self help route first? Have a look at mindfulness, meditation, yoga etc. and see if they help. If not then maybe a doctor? You can be helped and you won't always feel like this but it seems like it at the time doesn't it. x

Are you bored, feel like you are going through the motions? It’s hard to push through feeling unmotivated, but it’s not a bad thing! It’s telling you you need more! More to challenge/to feel alive again! Maybe make a list of things you used to enjoy, whatever comes to the top of your head. <3 update us <3

The first thing you need to do is go for a diagnosis and then know what you are pushing against. To know what is causing this negativity will help you understand the best way forward.
Talk to your GP, make a list of the things that you feel have started this illness this will help you explain your problems and what your needs are. Ask for a double appointment that runs both connected.

Try to be objective in your thoughts, consider constructive thoughts only . We can all be our worse enemy, you can do without that. Consider leaving your list at various times you will do your head in.

It sounds like several of us are telling you to write a lot of things, lol. I agree with Bob from earlier, making lists can help. it feels liberating to get other thoughts on paper too. I hope that you find the pieces come together and take your time!
Other thoughts if you’re a reader, do you have a library nearby? A free way to get lost in new ideas too<3 i have no self control when I’m in the library, I want to read everything lol
