I need some help with planning a way out. I’m really no good at my job, with no option to find new work or take time off to search for another job I’m pretty stuck. The girl I was seeing has cut ties for some reason and there’s no point in living this life, jumping from job to job, not being emotionally available or stable.

Have you thought of going to school to learn a new trade that's what my daughter did and it turned out she loves it and is doing straight A in school And you can apply for grants you might even like it so let me know what you think and the schools will work with you
What type Of help are you looking for life are you wanting to move on to Another place in time no disrespect I'm just trying to find a way to help you I take helping people serious
You sound still young when you mention the break up of your Relationship. You need to possibly heal and move on. Yes you will love again and it takes time to find someone who is out their feeling the same way as you do. In my time it took me twenty years, from my early teens to find the right on. Remember for a Life Partner you need to be very selective of your needs, you will be with someone for hopefully a long time and you will need to understand both your needs and expectations.
With your job, It is easier to get a change by being in work, employers prefer taking on someone who is in a position. So if possible stay where you are until you know you have another position to start in.
Someone mentioned College etc, Personally yes it can be beneficial to learn a trade. You could also consider a post that offers you studies to fulfill your dreams and expectations.

Hey jus_two!
Thanks for sharing, that sounds like a tough situation. Do you have other support IRL? Activities you enjoy? Remember to take care you too! Life is not easy, and I bet you’re better at your job than you think! Maybe sign up for a job app like Indeed or Monsterjobs. They email you leads for companies hiring near you, and maybe you will find something while you continue your other job.
I know what it’s like to have people “ghost” cut ties with you, and it hurts. You depend on them to be there, you share things, but not everyone is who you think they are, and sometimes that hurts the most, but sometimes they are leaving space for someone better to come along. Hope you feel better soon<3
