*Trigger warning* Urgh feelings
Hi there,
Having read back through a couple of your previous posts, you are obviously struggling to cope at work with your MH needs. Have you spoken to your GP about how you are feeling? You say you are having suicidal thoughts. You really do need to get some professional medical advice. They can sign you off for a while to help you get some headspace and help. Ask for an MH referral too, as you may find it helpful to access some talking therapies. Is there an Occupational Health Service associated with your employer or an employee assistance programme, as these are very helpful in getting help with reasonable adjustments, and can provide a confidential interface between you and your employer.
I have edited your post title to include a *Trigger warning* which should be added if you are at risk of self-harm or feeling suicidal, in order to protect any vulnerable members who may want to avoid your post, if it potentially could trigger a negative reaction in them.

My reply isn't necessarily advice. However i went through the exact same thing with my old job and felt exactly the same away about telling my family. 5 years later i can tell you leaving that job and getting the help i needed was the best thing Iv ever done.
No amount of money is worth your sole destroying unhappiness. You must come 1st always because your going to be no good to your family being miserable for a pay check either. Trust me i know 😊
I hope you find peace and happiness ☺ and good luck.
I know my health should come first, i would love to know what i want to do in life but at the moment i am happy (as can be) where i am minus the job, trying not to sound lazy.. My ex sort of forced me to get a job so he would stay with me but he left me anyway.
I have a meeting in the morning to discuss things, and im going to hand my notice in with immediate effect whether they like it or not. Bricking it though lol
